1. Scope

These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the website and chauffeur-driven car services offered by Paris Limotrip.

2. Booking & Payment

• Bookings via website, email, or WhatsApp.
• Prices in euros (TTC).
• Full payment may be required prior to confirmation.
• Invoices issued after booking confirmation.

3. Cancellation Policy

• 7–2 days before pickup: 25% retained.
• Less than 48h or no-show: no refund.
• Client delays may incur additional hourly charges.

4. Service Conditions

• Licensed EVTC operator under AtoutFrance EVTC077180296.
• No smoking in vehicles.
• Driver may refuse service in case of intoxication or misconduct.
• Child seats on request.

5. Liability

Paris Limotrip cannot be held responsible for delays caused by traffic or weather, or for lost items. In the event of breakdown, equivalent transport will be arranged when possible.

6. Personal Data

All personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

7. Applicable Law

These Terms are governed by French law. Any disputes will be handled by the competent courts of Paris, France.
